The location at 6604 Trigo Road is just a 10 minute walk to campus and about a 3-4 minute bike. The neighbors are all super friendly. The months posted can be negotiated, If you want to sublease for only the summer, or only the fall quarter, im open to that. The house itself is two stories: the kitchen / living room on the bottom, all 3 bedrooms on top. There is one full bathroom on each story. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, a working dishwasher, and two refrigerators. The living room is equipped with a working TV and a double-decker couch (!) The house is in great condition and has no issues pertaining to mold, broken doors / walls, faulty appliances, or appearance issues. You would be taking over the upstairs north bedroom which is the largest bedroom and comes with a bedframe, desk, and dresser. The house also has a balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table. This room is surrounded by natural sunlight and has a great view. It isn't too noisy in this part of Isla Vista, except during Friday and Saturday nights, obviously. You would live in a double with one of my current housemates, and we are getting 2 other subleasers in another room. The current housemates are very tidy and super chill. They would be down to hangout whenever or leave you to grind if you need to. Price open to negotiation and utilities are not included in the rent.
