Hi! My name is Max and I’m a rising senior looking for a roommate for the upcoming school year to share a sundrenched and airy 1br/1ba apartment with ocean views on 65 Sabado Tarde! The space: I just moved into a quiet 1 bed/1 bath apartment on 65 Sabado Tarde and I’m looking for a roommate to share the lease. The apartment is on the second floor with no downstairs neighbors (garage) and only shares 1 wall. It gets great natural light and cross breeze, has an ocean view and balcony with a bistro table and lights, and the bedroom is very spacious and fits 2 fulls. 50% rent = $1090 and split utilities (~$60/month). Laundry is one block away, and there is shared driveway parking. Sublease through June 2027 preferred, but let me know if you have a different situation. A little about me: I’m starting my 4th year as an environmental studies major and I love spending most of my time outdoors with my dog Harry: at the beach, hiking, camping, reading, playing games, etc! Inside, I love playing board games, cooking/ baking, arts and crafts, and taking care of my houseplants. I don’t drink, smoke or party. I’m looking for a roomie who equally values keeping the space feeling homey, peaceful, and comfortable for all by being respectful, communicative, clean, and conscientious.
