Hello! I am going abroad at some point during my junior year (2026-2027) and am looking for a female subleaser. The dates are pretty flexible and im willing to move things around as long as it’s within the 2026-2027 school year. I have one roommate and 2 other housemates that live in this townhouse with me. We are all very easygoing and lenient in terms of living conditions and love having people over. We live very close to del playa as well as isla vista and campus which is very much a 3-for-1 deal. Our apartment comes with a very nice balcony connected to the kitchen overlooking the street which is very nice for photos. Our apartment is 2 stories with the living room and kitchen on the downstairs and the 2 rooms with the bathrooms on the top floor. It is a very open and spacious environment with lots of sunlight exposure and roaming space. The apartment comes furnished with some additional add ons.
