The house is home to 13 really sweet girls and has an amazing location oceanside DP! There’s a cute backyard overlooking the ocean with a couch, table, and a great setup for hanging out, plus it’s right next to the stairs for super easy beach access and sunsets. The room I’m subleasing is technically a quad, but it feels more like a double. It's a loft layout where two girls are on the bottom and two are in a separate space in the loft. We’re looking for multiple subleasers for the fall since a lot of us will be studying abroad. If you're a single person looking for housing, are a pair, or have a group, any of those options could work!
