I'm looking for a male roommate to sublease for summer quarter and fall quarter (both or separately). It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. You will be living with 3 other boys, and share a room with one person. Move in and move out dates are flexible, but the absolute earliest date is June 12 and the absolute latest is January 1. The apartment is fully furnished; the bedroom has a desk setup, bed, and a spacious walk-in closet. There's a laundry facility in the building that costs $5 per load and bike racks throughout the complex. The WiFi is fast as well. There is no parking in the complex, so you will have to street park. It's only a 5 minute walk from Portola and it's very close to the Target plaza! Utilities are not included. I am also looking for a potential new roommate to replace me permanently starting fall quarter, although it is likely that someone else will be taking my spot.
