I am looking for subleasers for a spacious double for the Fall quarter 2026 (September-December). The rent is 1250 per month/per person for the double room, but I am willing to negotiate. The apartment is a bottom unit, and you would be sharing the house with 3 other girls (in other rooms). The double has a bathroom inside (private), and there is a single bedroom attached to it, which will be either empty or subleased in the fall.
