About this place
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease my single bedroom ($1300/month) at 6835 Trigo Rd for Summer 2026 and/or Fall 2026. The house is amazing, and you’d be living with a super sweet group of girls who really prioritize a clean, cozy, and homey environment. We’re looking for someone who would be a good fit for the space! If you have friends looking for housing too, let me know because some of my roommates will also be subleasing for the summer/fall, so I’d be happy to connect you. House details: 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms 6 people total (4 single bedrooms and 1 double) In-unit washer/dryer Large driveway + plenty of street parking Backyard Garage + shed storage Message me if you are interested or want more details/photos!
