UCSB Summer/Fall Quarter Sublease Available! Hello, I’m looking to sublease my room in a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit for the upcoming summer and fall quarter (July-December) while I’m abroad (dates are flexible). The room has 3 beds, so there’s the option to rent a single bed and share with two roommates, or if you’re two people, 2 of the 3 beds are available! The apartment is bright, comfortable, and in a fantastic location in Isla Vista at 6617 Trigo Road (just a 5-minute bike ride to UCSB campus and a 2-minute walk to the beach). It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $1,200/month (utilities not included). I’ve included some photos that show the space. The first ones were taken before move-in however, the apartment is now fully furnished. The last photo shows the room I’m subleasing, a fully remodeled garage, fully furnished with a desk, dresser, and bed!
